A biodynamic vegetable garden will produce vegetables, flowers, herbs and fruits. The produce is turned into different preserves that will be sold at the Kreake and in delicatessen and organic shops in Friesland: from jams to pesto’s and from chutney’s to teas and from soaps to syrups. The garden is maintained by disadvantaged youth, who receive training on the spot.
Farm of the World will also produce so called ‘meadow diners’ at the Kreake and on location: outside diners or lunches, prepared with local produce by guest-chefs from Friesland, Netherlands and abroad.
